ABOUT ME

John has been in the mortgage business for 30 years, beginning as a processor and eventually becoming an underwriter and loan officer. After establishing himself in the industry, he jumped at the opportunity to buy a company he had worked for and it grew into a market-leading mortgage company specializing in first time homebuyers. He is very involved in community outreach and is most proud of his 9 years of service as the chairman of the Lafayette Public Trust Financing Authority, an entity which builds low income housing, saves historic buildings, builds parks, and assists first time homebuyers. 

John has been personally involved in over 7,000 transactions. This experience helps him see the big picture while focusing on the details. When you have seen it all you can get to the closing table, period.
